Arvid Pedersen is Vice Chairman at Red Ribbon Asset Management Plc, a Mainstream Impact Investment firm based in Mayfair in London. With more than 30 years of experience in international investment, Arvid works closely with individuals and businesses within the wealth management sectors. His focus is on driving change across both traditional and non-traditional organisations and advising on processes and structure for small firms and start-ups. He has more than a decade of experience in sales, administration, and regulatory compliance. Hence, is proficient in setting up processes, ensuring they work efficiently and comply with regulatory requirements.

• A professional with over 7 years of experience in multiple roles such as accounts assistant, share administrator, office administrator, and testing analyst, and having knowledge of both technology and management.
  
  
• Strong professional background holding Master’s degree in Business Management and IT background with Bachelor of Technology.

• Axel has 25 Years of experience in the Tourism and Service Industry.
• He built Tourism Master Plans for Qatar, Al Ain, Madagascar, Richards Bay South Africa, Panama, Venezuela and Lebanon etc. He is also the President & CEO of Polygon Group and Chairman of the International Tourism Organisation.
• He is the President of Business Club Luxemburg and a senior industry advisor in various Private Equity Companies such as Paragon Partners, Waterland and EQT and Investment Banks.

• For 18 years, David has led a sizable international private equity firm in Germany as its founder and CEO. 
• He has 11 years of FMCG industry experience from working for Procter & Gamble in Germany and Asia Pacific.
• He has more than 34 years of experience working in finance, private equity, and major investment. 
• As of right now, he serves as a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany, a member of the Republicans Abroad global board, and vice president of the Steuben-Schurz Gesellschaft.

• Daniela heads up strategic international business development for Travel Weekly Group and is responsible for creating new international events in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, as well as bringing new clients into the UK market through existing Travel Weekly channels.
• She has a demonstrable track record of outstanding achievement within the travel industry and has had great success growing businesses due to her commercial creativity.
• She has applied her entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills very effectively in large corporate and start-up environments. Fluent in German and French, she has an extensive network of top industry contacts around the globe.

• Priyanka Shah is an Accounts Manager with over 15 years of experience in accounts. She is a self motivated and most dedicated person. She believes in happy and healthy relations.

• Suchit is the founder and CEO of Red Ribbon Asset Management Plc, the founding shareholder of Eco Hotels UK Plc.
• Suchit is a Mainstream Impact Investor taking established products, services and technology to Growth Markets such as India.
• Suchit’s vision of a chain of carbon neutral hotels rolled out using a modern method of construction has resulted in Modulex, which will aid the rapid roll out of hotels across target markets. He is a founding shareholder of the Company.
• Climate change is a topical issue that he is passionate about and he is focused on promoting businesses that support sustainability.

• Vishal has over 2 decades of experience in Accounts and Finance
• He has worked in various sectors in India and the UK like Banking, Investment and Hospitality
• He holds a Master degree in Finance
